The application offers the convenience of individual clock-ins or group clock-ins for crew leaders. It also operates offline, eliminating concerns about being out of cell service during clock-in operations. Timeforce is designed to capture attendance data quickly and efficiently without hindering employees or supervisors.

• Mobile Punch: Employees can easily clock in and out for work, meals, and breaks with a single touch. The system can be configured to enforce minimum meal and break times.
• Transfer Between Departments and Tasks: Employees can transfer between departments, jobs, and tasks to ensure accurate allocation of labor hours and costs.
• Assigned Work Schedule: Employees can view their assigned work schedule.
• Group Punch: Supervisors can create punches for members of a work crew in a single transaction.
• Offline Capability: Users can log in and create a punch while offline. Punches will be automatically transmitted once a signal is available.
• GPS Location: When available, the GPS coordinates of the phone are captured and attached to the punch, allowing users to view the location of the punch.
• Paystub Viewing: Employees can view their most recent paystub.
